Mr Wong Zhi Zhong is the Company Secretary team Manager of Themis Corporate Secretary PLT. Equipped with a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Administration, majoring in Company Secretarial Practices from TARUC, Mr Wong also possesses the MAICSA Certificate, and the Practicing Certificate issued by the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
Recently, Wong Zhi Zhong is the Company Secretary according to the Section 241 of Companies Act, 2016.
